At Mayacama we found an under-imaged jewel – a program without a clear articulation and presentation of superior product and service offerings. Of particular significance was a vintner program that included the leading names in the Napa and Sonoma wine scene.

THE RESULTS
Paying It Forward
The only market economically viable to reach is the Bay Area, and to some extent Los Angeles. The initial launch, late in 2012 included highly targeted lifestyle centric (golf and wine) online campaigns, print in intercept publications and special interest venues along with direct mail. The resulting inquiries to a 90 day campaign exceeded all inquiries EVER received by the development. Twenty sales were transacted, with a considerable number of highly qualified prospects in the queue.
