The Santa Lucia Preserve is 20,000 acres of unspeakable beauty and majesty overlooking Camel-by-the-Sea and the Monterey Peninsula. The Preserve is a mature development – homes, homesites, amenities and the protective Conservancy are mature. However, absent a developer’s marketing investment, the Preserve had fallen ‘off the radar’. Compass was retained to freshen the brand, to bring to life a very special lifestyle. In the process, with our client we have created an alliance of real estate partners to add depth and velocity to the Preserve’s real estate and membership initiatives.
