The South Florida condominium marketplace is among the most competitive in the U.S. For a project competing with a new Ritz Carlton, St. Regis and four similar private projects, we sought to distance our 23 units from the thousands of Sarasota’s new and existing luxury residences.


The Message

The integrated marketing program for EPOCH was launched in just 30 days – even before there was a name, floor plans or pricing. Even the number of residences eventually changed. In one month the whisper campaign resulted in 30%+ reservations.


For these, the most expensive condos in the market, the story lines are architecture inspired by Sarasota’s legendary modernist movement, and the quality of construction and finishes. The campaigns are tightly focused in-market, on the real estate community and HNW households.
