Hapuna Estates has the luxury of enjoying what may be the #1 beach in the U.S. Our goals are not simply to market 62 luxurious waterfront residences, but approximately 100 estate homesites, and a $20MM villa. Were this not enough, the unspoken goal is to elevate the entire Hapuna brand, which is a cousin of the legendary Mauna Kea resort next door. Nearly 1/3 of the project is already spoken for, with completed construction still nearly one year away.

There are few pieces of oceanfront real estate as spectacular, so when it came time to establish a tired brand in wake of the renovation, we let the majesty of the Big Island do the talking. Let nothing come between you and the sea, sand and sky. Let nothing come between you and the legendary destination that created and has defined island luxury for generations.

Picture Perfect Hawaii

Compass organized a team that numbered 40 professionals, models, friends, family, crews and still and video photographers to capture the spirit of this special place. From a drone 300 yards offshore hovering over humpbacks, to swimming sea turtles, the asset library made our work as effortless as aloha.
