In the mountains just east of Lake Tahoe is a private community where you will find a nationally acclaimed Coore & Crenshaw golf course, spacious homesites and a collection of mountain cottages. There are handsomely appointed amenities, not the least of which is the historic waterfront Lake & Ski House, designed by Julia Morgan. Almost 130 homesites have been sold in 18 months at prices ranging to $1.2 million.

Like many projects, Clear Creek Tahoe is a rebirth of a distressed asset. On the positive side, a grand vision and tax advantaged location. On the downside, a slightly more remote Tahoe location and robust competitive set.

The Choice Is Clear
Since launching the site in late 2016, Clear Creek Tahoe has attracted more than 130,000 users with more than half a million page views. Average time spent on the site has consistently approached three minutes. To date, 125+ homesites have been sold at averages over $600,000. Phase Two releases begin October 2019.
